River Snorkel Experience
Explore the wonder of the Tennessee River Basin with TRBN and US Forest Service. Upon conclusion of the TRBN Annual Meeting, participants will have the opportunity for a guided river snorkel experience in the beautiful Conasauga River in the Cherokee National Forest. Equipment, transportation (round-trip from the aquarium), and changing/restroom facilities are provided. Participants will be contacted prior to the meeting with additional information and instructions.

When: August 21st, 12-6 p.m.
Where: Conasauga River Snorkeling Hole

Agenda:
12 pm - Depart as group from Tennessee Aquarium
2 pm - Safety briefing
2:15 pm - Snorkeling begins
4 pm - Snorkeling ends
6 pm - Arrive back at Tennessee Aquarium

If you'd like to participate please indicate so on your registration form. Registration is capped at 35 participants. Cost is the same regardless of whether you bring your own equipment as it covers the host's time and services.

The Tennessee Aquarium is a short walk from the conference hotels. If you prefer to drive, there are several paid parking lots near the Aquarium. There is also a free shuttle that runs daily in downtown Chattanooga.
